It is not recommended to bathe or swim with your jewelry. Avoid contact with hairspray, perfumes, strong solvents or cleaners. Sterling Silver pieces naturally tarnish; this can be removed with most sterling silver jewelry tarnish removers. Custom made items are lifetime guaranteed. Stone settings are warranted for 1 year. All non-custom items are warranted against defects for 1 year. Enameling has a limited lifetime warranty. Locks, hinges, chains, findings are warranted for 90 days. Warranty does not apply to pieces unduly worn or accidentally or intentionally damaged or normal wear & tear. If an item does require repair or service please contact us by email or phone to make arrangements. Items returned to us for repair without a return authorization number will be refused.
