You're satisfaction is important to us. Non-custom items come with a 20 day (20 days from when item is received) refund/exchange policy less shipping charges. Non custom or non special order Items 200.00 or more returned for a refund will have a 15% restocking fee deducted. After 20 days there are no refunds, exchanges or credits. Items must be in factory fresh condition with all original boxes. Customer is responsible for insuring items when returning back to us, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. A return authorization number is required before sending any items back. Please contact us first for a RA#. Items sent back to us without an RA# will be refused.
