2. Will my credit card be secured?

All of our credit card transactions are secured using SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer), which begins before you give us any personal information, and remains secure throughout your visit. 3. You're satisfaction is important to us. Non-custom items come with a 20 day (20 days from when item is received) refund/exchange policy less shipping charges. Non custom or non special order Items 200.00 or more returned for a refund will have a 15% restocking fee deducted. After 20 days there are no refunds, exchanges or credits. Items must be in factory fresh condition with all original boxes. Customer is responsible for insuring items when returning back to us, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. A return authorization number is required before sending any items back. Please contact us first for a RA#. Items sent back to us without an RA# will be refused. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM MADE/PERSONALIZED/INITIALS/SIZED/STONE SETTINGS & SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS. THIS INCLUDES WATCHES. These terms & conditions are subject to change without notice



4. How long will my order take?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Please note we can only ship to the billing address of the credit card. If your billing information does not match, your order may be delayed. If your item is not in stock it may take 5-15 business days for the item to be manufactured & restocked. If you place an order for a custom/personalized item it normally takes about 10-15 business days. Please allow additional time for shipping via UPS or USPS if shipping to po boxes. We will email you on the status if an item is backordered. To check on the status of your order please log into your account.


5. What type of warranty do you have?
We pride ourselves & ensure every piece is made with the highest standards & inspected thoroughly before it is sent to you. Hawaiian jewelry does require a certain amount of care & maintenance in order to keep it for a lifetime. Most items can be cleaned & washed with a soft toothbrush with jewelry cleaner or baking soda. It is not recommended to bathe or swim with your jewelry. Avoid contact with hairspray, perfumes, strong solvents or cleaners. Sterling Silver pieces naturally tarnish; this can be removed with most sterling silver jewelry tarnish removers. Custom made items are lifetime guaranteed. All non-custom items are warranted against defects for 1 year. Enameling has a limited lifetime warranty. Locks, hinges, chains, findings are warranted for 60 days. Warranty does not apply to pieces unduly worn or accidentally or intentionally damaged. If an item does require repair or service please contact us by email or phone to make arrangements. Items not covered by warranty will be repaired at the current cost. Warranty does not cover shipping costs.

7. How do I size myself for a Hawaiian bangle?
Take a soft measuring tape and measure the circumference of your tightly clenched hand with fingers extending forward. Please note to measure the widest part of your hand area (knuckles). It is your hand that is to be measured accurately, not your wrist. The bracelet must be able to slide on and off you hand comfortably. Please measure carefully, we will make the exact size you specify. Resizing charges do apply! We have a metal sizer band we can send to you please contact us for details.


8. What type of shipping do you have?
UPS is the preferred method of shipping because all packages are easily tracked either on the internet or phone & is insured. We ship either UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Business Day Air or UPS Next Business Day. Certain addresses may not qualify for UPS (ie:Po Box, APO FPO) then your item will be shipped via USPS. If we ship via USPS, the item will be shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or 1st class insured mail. We make every effort to get your items to you as soon as possible however if there are unforseen circumstances with the carrier your package may be delayed. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before items are shipped out. UPS delivers Monday-Friday only. Once your order has been shipped out UPS or USPS will send you an email with the tracking number. 9. Can you do rush orders?
Yes we can but please contact us first. Many items can be rushed if you have an anniversary or birthday or any special occasion. We do recommend using UPS 2nd day air.


10. How can I find out if an item is in stock?
Add the item to your shopping cart & if it is not in stock a window will appear letting you know the item may require 10-15 business days. You can also send us an email with the sku number & description or call us directly toll free at 1-888-291-2889 to see if we can get it sooner.

11. How do I size myself for a bangle or link bracelet that has a hinge?
As a sizing guideline, bangles or link bracelets need to be a minimum of 0.50 inches bigger than your wrist. Every individual is different so you may like it 0.75 inches bigger or even 1.00 inch bigger depending on your own preference. Take a tape measure to wrap around your wrist, then add however many inches you feel would be the most comfortable for you. For example if your wrist measures 6.50 inches then you can fit a 7 inch or bigger. Resizing charges apply so please measure accurately!


12. How do I size myself for a ring?
This information is provided to assist you in making an educated guess on a ring size. It is very important to know that we will manufacture the exact size ordered so please make sure you double check your size. Resizing charges do apply. Every individual is different when it comes to ring sizing. Certain people like it more snug while others like it more loose. It's important that you are comfortable with the size you decide, whether it is loose or snug or just right. Getting sized correctly for a ring depends on what type of ring you are purchasing. We carry a large assortment of different styles. Narrow rings 6mm or less do not require any special adjustments. Hawaiian rings 8mm and wider do fit differently than most typical rings. It's important to allow for extra room, as the ring gets wider it fits tighter on your finger. If the ring you are ordering is wider than the ring sizer you are trying on then you may need to add on any where from a quarter size to a half size larger. Most ring sizers are 4mm wide or 6mm wide. You can always go to a local jewelry store in your area and verify your size. If a ring sizer is not available then making an educated guess is better than just guessing. Many people wrap a piece of paper or string around the finger. If you do this you should wrap it around the knuckle or the widest part of the finger. 13. Is your jewelry 14kt gold?
Yes. Every piece is solid 14kt plumb gold except for those noted as platinum or sterling silver & watch movements.


14. Why does some of the pictures appear lighter & some darker?
Most of the time this is due to the lighting when photographing the jewelry. We work with many local designers & manufacturers in order to carry the selection that we have. As a result because of different finishes & techniques in creating the jewelry sometimes you may have some pieces that may be slightly lighter or darker in color but rest assured every piece is guaranteed to be 14kt gold except for items noted as platinum or silver. Pictures may be enlarged to show detail of the piece.


15. How can I check on the status of my order?
Log in to your account to view the status. If your item has been shipped you should receive an email from UPS or USPS with the tracking number. If you have spam blockers you may not receive the email. You can also send us an email for more information.



16. What type of payments do you accept?
To order online we currently accept Visa, Mastercard. American Express & Discover. Payments in the form of personal checks & money orders or cashiers checks can also be mailed to us. Please note persomal checks, moneys orders & cashiers checks all have a 10-15 business day clearing period before items are shipped, this is due to the recent increase of fradulent activity. We do not accept wire transfers. Thank you for your understanding.

18. What do you do if an item is backordered for an extended time or is temporarily not available?
If an item is not in stock & it is not available soon we may substitute the item with a similar item that is equal to or better in value.
